Profile I - 0801: System Integrator of centralized IT

The company is privately owned, founded in 2002, share
holders are all active in the company and experienced in
the sector. The company specializes in centralized IT infrastructures
including consultancy, projects and outsourcing, is renowned
for its high professional level expertise and training capacity,
and is fast growing.
The company is solutions oriented with a well balanced package
of computer peripherals and data storage compatible with
all platforms as an essential part within the business processes
of the modern enterprise.

owns 75% of the shares, insider non executive directors

BI and Invoice Management solutions. Incepted within a larger
IT staffing group, privately owned (group 85%, management
15%). Founded in 2000, headquartered in Belgium, recently
started in the Netherlands.
Company specializes in integrating services and add on
products for the Oracle E-Business Suite and Peoplesoft
into solutions on a time and material and project basis.
Focus on outsourcing applications maintenance.

Growth strategy:
In the first half of 2008 investments were made in building
up the HR business consultants division and the start
up of the Dutch office.
For geographical growth the Dutch office was started.
The Netherlands is a much larger Oracle E-business market
compared to Belgium.
The company is also focusing more on long term service
based application maintenance contracts which guarantee
a predictable turnover and have also a positive impact
on the margin. Currently already 20 % revenues are coming
from application maintenance.
Reasons for sale:
Business model Company is diverting from global staffing
concept. The applications market is deepening (more verticals)
and broadening (See Oracle's acquisition policy). To cope
with this evolution international collaboration is necessary.
