We are working specifically e.g. on assignments at the sale side of companies in Benelux in the field of:
- Oracle e-Business consultancy, implementation and outsourcing services. We are looking for an international buyer also active in the Oracle world.
- Software, capable of connecting and processing geographical and administrative data in a fully integrated way. Company is a substantial player in the Local Government market but is also involved in large scale so called “spatial projects” for development and planning of airports, harbors, high speed trains and utilities. We are looking for an international buyer.
- Service management consultancy and implementation services (HP Open View). Divestment of a lager international group. Can also be an asset deal.
There are funding request in portfolio of Benelux and Israeli origin that are interesting to look at because they concern companies that have a significant chance to be successful internationally considering their technology and market positioning.

The company is privately owned, founded in 2002, share holders are all active in the company and experienced in the sector. The company specializes in centralized IT infrastructures including consultancy, projects and outsourcing, is renowned for its high professional level expertise and training capacity, and is fast growing.
The company is solutions oriented with a well balanced package of computer peripherals and data storage compatible with all platforms as an essential part within the business processes of the modern enterprise.

- Server-Based Computing, which includes knowledge of (application) server platforms, operating systems, IP-networking, directory services, platform monitoring and management.

30% of the services revenue comes from a subcontracting agreement with a major partner. Customers are in the profit sector from medium sized companies ( more than 25 seats) to bigger companies (500 seats)
Most of the customers are in the industrial manufacturing and services area. Top 10 customers count for 41% of the total revenue.
Offering:
- In the services business the offering goes from contract based break & fix services to on site or remote management of the customers IT infrastructure.
- In the infrastructure projects business the offering goes from delivering servers and desktop infrastructure solutions (box moving) to more complex solutions as virtualization and back up solutions.
- In the rental business the main focus is to rent systems (laptops, desktops and servers) to full fill short term infra needs as training, events, migration projects etc.
The company is perceived as a knowledge organization with a highly qualified staf. Main areas are the upper infrastructure market around the Microsoft and HP VMS and Unix as well as the Sun/Solaris platform.
